Welcome to La Crosse County
The La Crosse county snowmobile alliance maintain approximately 160 miles of trails for the six member clubs that handle the marking and maintaining of the trail system. Our trails in the county range from a bike trail along Lake Onalaska to climbing a bluff to a view overlooking the La Crosse river valley below. You may experience city street riding to woods and farm fields.

Snowmobile Trail Report
Friday, December 12
All trails in La Crosse County remain closed at this time. We've received a few snowfalls since late November. And the temperature has really been in our favor to start the year out. We still have a few more sections to brush and sign however we've made a lot of progress in the last couple weeks. We've rolled several sections with the new roller and plan on rolling more in the next few days. We are also the process of grooming some of the trails. There's some above freezing temperatures predicted for the middle of next week then hopefully back to or below normal again. Volunteers continue to get the last few sections signed and brushed. We'll be watching the forecast closely and hopefully open some or all the trails by the end of next week.
Thanks for your patience and thanks to all the club members getting everything ready. Please do not ride on closed trails unless you are a club member working on your section.
